We want you to love your Ecovida products. If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of purchase
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Partial refunds or store credit may apply for items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
Intimate or sanitary products.
Hazardous or flammable items.
Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items.
Refunds:
